Ticket Refund and Ticket Exchanges

As agreed to at your time of purchase:

Each Pacific Airshow ticket is not refundable, bears no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. All purchases are final.

Pacific Airshow does not refund or replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets or exchange or substitute tickets after purchase.

Pacific Airshow reserves the right to alter the date, the venue, the performers and the entertainment and activities as advertised, without prior notice to the Ticket Purchaser.

If the date, time, or venue of an event is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, time, and venue.

Pacific Airshow will post any relevant information regarding a cancelled or rescheduled event on our website when applicable. It is your responsibility to check our website for information concerning any event.

Ticket Purchasers acknowledge that venues are or may become subject to public health orders or advice providing that patrons are vaccinated, are medically exempt from vaccination or can provide evidence of their Covid-19 free status before entering the venue. It is a condition of the booking that patrons abide by any Covid-19 checking-in or verification procedures that the venue implements to address the public health orders or advice.

Please note that (unless required by applicable law):

• personal arrangements and expenditure, including travel, accommodation, hospitality and other costs which have been arranged by you are at your own risk, and Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you for any wasted or unrecoverable costs or expenditure in relation to such personal arrangements, even if caused as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of an event for which you have purchased tickets;
• Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or amenity, including where an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or altered;
• Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you (and you will not be entitled to any refund) if admission to a venue or event is refused or revoked at any time as a result of your breach of these Terms or the venue terms and conditions;
• Pacific Airshow will not be responsible for any personal property taken into the event.
• Refunds will be for the ticket price less any fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined)
